How do you get rid of the "double-scroll" bars when adding lots of text. I inserted a javascript command to allow the text bar to be expanded... now I'm stuck with 2 scroll bars.

Currently developing an App that is Text heavy. The pages will cover a section of the paper version document. I have the text saved into Word. How can I add that much text (approximately 39 pages) into the independent sections?
