if i add either of the two url's what "type" would i add?

i see there is an easy way to embed a video in an app

how would i go about embedding a live video stream?

i use jwplayer to embed the live stream in my website using both an rtmp and m3u8 url

any advise on how to get an html5 video player in to an appery.io app would be great
