If I create a new service it is OK.

I am not sure that I get your answer. I don't require any files. This is probably an old bug about mobile preview.
And I think my App GUID is probably 71384baf-da6d-46b3-9c74-8bbb2274d718, if needed.
After roll back by mobile preview functionality is not working.
I have seen similar post, that the issue was resolved 1 month ago.
