For old services it is reproducible. After mapping, if I do the mapping close and open again mappings are disappearing.
If I create a new service it is OK.

I am not sure that I get your answer. I don't require any files. This is probably an old bug about mobile preview.
And I think my App GUID is probably 71384baf-da6d-46b3-9c74-8bbb2274d718, if needed.

Hi, Till today I have worked with the new mapping functionality. However, now I see that it is gone and old mapping is there. Further, I can not see any arrows when I first open the Data page.
