if i copy and paste my apk in localhost or in my laptop will my app work and will it ping to localhost.

Hi, As if i know barcode service is to scan barcodes but not documents. in my application i want to scan a document and save it as a image or pdf file, so that's why am using cam scanner. According to my knowledge barcode scanner and camera service cant do this for me If am wrong please let me know
