Upon deleting the erroneous page, I got the proper page back as the Start. Y'all got a little bug there.

All services and activities on Home have gone non-functional as well.

I encounter a similar problem, but without any of the special cases noted above. Applications Settings says that my start page is Home, and it has been every time I have tested the app. Suddenly now when I save and then test, another page appears as the start page.
