HI.. I am using Apperyio("mobiledatepicker_4").datepicker_dataPickerOptions.minDate = 0;
to disable previous dates in Datepicker. How can I set a minimum time ? For ex: I want to disable todays date in datepicker beyond 11.00am. Can you pls help.

wow... it was a virus/ adware. This is a brand new laptop loaded with lots of Lenovo apps and guess one of them "SUPERFISH INC VISUAL DISCOVERY" was causing this issue. Uninstalled it, and now it seems to be working fine. Surprisingly ..even McAfee on this system did not detect the adware ...

Hi Alena The issue is across any browser I use in 8.1, so its not browser specific. Tried disabling virus scanner, firewall and did a Win update.. but that did not help. My project worked fine when developing it in Chrome on Ubuntu. I tried opening the same project in Win 8.1 but the top bar (where we have the Test, Export...) is missing. Pls see attached image.
