I have found a solution.
I use "var userString = localStorage.getItem('user');" to get localstorage and to be sure it works when variable is not initialized.

If i pay a standard licence for one or two month to make my application which use push notification wath happen if i stop to pay standard licence and come back to free licence ? Does the push notification continue to Work ? (i have seen that it use a database).
