Does the "Proxy" make it faster or slower?

I saw you did blog on IDM but dont find it in you documentation. Is it active by default?

I have rss news feed on a page. Everytime i go to the page it takes a while to load 10 titles in list item.

My question: How can I cache this page to make it faster?

The console show the array so that is working. So i dont want to show it in consle i want to show it in variable...
