I tried clearing the cache, using the steps in the link you provided. I tried completely disabling the cache. I did this in all browsers I have tried. They're still not showing up and the platform is still crashing when I try to upload anything.

Okay that's weird. Yes, they are uploaded but they show up blank (see below), as I described in my original question, and sometimes I can't get them to upload at all. Did you try uploading it on my specific app? I have the app shared with support. I am still unable to upload anything. Is there anything else I can try?

Just tried Safari as well. It's still not working. Is there anything else I can try? I also don't think the size of the image file is the problem because I have been able to upload images of similar size before with no trouble. I really need to get this working asap.
