is it possible that a one-click event can put a selected item into a 'cart' that is an email inbox without drag and drop? for example, a checklist, each item selected is added to the email automatically.

How would I go about coding that?

I want to create an email which already has headings or a table with those headings in a column. The app will add the content by clicking on the 'checkbox' elements. how do i achieve these two things? I am not a coder but nothing I put into 'invoke javascript' works, tearing my hair out!

what I want to do is have some headers in the email messagebox, and when input or selection of an element occurs, to copy that straight to the messagebox.
what do I need to so for that to happen?

I am trying to open the app on my computer from the dashboard, but rather than the 'awesome stuff loading.....' page, it just refreshes. please help!
