It is my understanding with a webapp that it can NOT receive push notifications unless it is running. Has that changed? If it is essentially running in the device's browser then how will the device receive the notification unless the webapp is running at that time?

Linkedin HTTPS error
I am having this same issue with my app. --The frame requesting access has a protocol of "http", the frame being accessed has a protocol of "https". Protocols must match.-- I do not see this issue resolved and I do not see a useful solution to it here. Why leave these things post...
