I am with you, this is crazy. Can't claim to support Apple Apps if this many work arounds is required to make it even functional.

APPERY - Please fix this asap, not being able to release app is costing me money and making me look bad.

I concur. I am having issues submitting in May 2016 with a newly downloaded Binary.

In my case I don't even use icloud, is there a way to just turn of its functionality entirely?
