REST API Does not work for South Africa

The slow response is most likely caused by the network speed and not by API Express. I don't know what kind of internet connection you have but API Express is running on the Amazon cloud (on the east coast of the United States). Have you tried doing a ping to test the connection speed between you an...

Ionic 1 uses Angular 1 and Ionic 2 is based on Angular 2. As Angular 1 and 2 are very different versions (almost like different frameworks) - there is no option no compatibility option.

The wrapper inside the App Builder and Geolocation API are the same thing. If directly using the API works but the wrapper doesn't work somewhere, then it's something we need to look at. My guess is that Geolocation doesn't work as expected due to the browser.

We don't have this feature yet, but it's something we would like to make available where you can have "development" and "production" environments.

If you must enforce image size, you can build a custom app that will upload images. There you can add logic to check for image size.

You need to make sure the date is in the right format. Before setting the date in runtime, set a static value to test the query. Once that works you will need to format the date to the same string.

Hi -

Appery.io helps you build hybrid apps so you can use any JavaScript, HTML or CSS code (there is no special Appery.io code).

If you want to bypass the native dialer, you can use an API to make a phone call. For example, Twilio (http://twilio.com) offers API to make phone calls .

Camera Service Broken (Only when Application is installed in binary-(Android))

Does the camera launch OK but the picture taken is not shown in the page?

When did you install the app, before or after the platform update?

Image file use in the application

You need to add this JavaScript when you map a base64 string to the image:

return "data:image/png;base64," + value;

Also, it is better to use the Files collection to store binary data.

Sick of all the issues. Now my Changes are Gone

We looked at our logs and couldn't see anything unusual. This is most likely caused by "bad" internet connection. Are you connecting to appery.io over regular internet (wired or WiFi) or could it be a mobile/wireless internet?

Fix huge gap in Appery's support of an important mobile app use case

We looked into this problem. You are using tag to display the Appey.io URL (http://.app.appery.io) inside your custom URL (http://.info)

To fix zoom issue you should add
inside section on your custom URL.

Fix huge gap in Appery's support of an important mobile app use case

As I mentioned in my original reply, the apps should look and work exactly the same, regardless of the domain used. This appears to be a bug that's why I asked you to send more information to support.

Fix huge gap in Appery's support of an important mobile app use case

Whether you publish to an Appery.io domain or your custom domain - the app should look and work exactly the same. Tester app for iOS update

We have submitted the Appery.io Mobile Tester app for iOS to the App Store for an update. The approval is still pending. We are sorry about this problem. Once the update is approved, you will be able to test the apps you built (without an update, the tester won't work).

Correct, you need to pass the session token (in header) which you get when you login.

Is appery.io a suitable option for a more complex application?

Yes, you can build complex apps in Appery.io. Appery.io creates HTML/JS apps and hybrid apps (PhoneGap). Anything these technologies support -- you can build such app. Here is a good post on what kind of apps you can build with Appery.io: https://blog.appery.io/2015/04/what-k... [quote:] [X] A calen...
