How do i change the icon of the apk? When i upload one of my apps to the market it has the default orange phone icon image, i obviously need to change this but am not seeing an easy way to do so.

Is there any easy way of incorporating an admob bar into your app? It would seem like it should be a pretty basic function but i cant see it anywhere?
