I think I know where you are going, I seen a tutorial on creating a list, as regards to Sendgrid they refused to provision my account and to date no explanation.

Users enter some data into the app
The data is stored in local storage
on next opening of app
The data is shown in a drop down list and can be selected as (pick up point) for example, and sent in the email
