Well said Melvin. I couldn't agree more... I believe this "Get Satisfaction" is a good way to communicate but without a proper escalation process Tiggzi is not going to survive as a viable Production platform.

You'll need to put in a first name and last name paramater value to be able to perform a search.

OK, I followed the directions but i'm still stuck... as I can't fill in the RESPONSE structure because I keep getting that same error. I tried changing the data type as you suggested and also checking the use proxy but it did not work. Did you test this with my app before suggesting?

I just upgraded to PRO but I'm having reservations now since reading all of these posts. I understand growing pains, but these kind of issues are symptoms of poor regression testing and proper promotion procedures.
