How can you change the green app icon that the user sees before loading the app. I have an icon I want to use but have not found anything on this yet.

retreive free app and move it to standard plan
I used the free version to create an app. I have now signed up for the standard plan but I do not see the walkingwitness app I created. How can I retrieve it?
