I did delete the 60px file and it submitted and was accepted. The other issue was from a certficiate file.

I have deleted and restored the app several times and created a production and development version of the app ('lekker' and 'lekkerdev' respectively) and can see multiple source trees in the IOS view.

The full backup/restore seems to have resolved the config issue.
