Oh, I know what's the problem. It's minification feature. We use forced by yui-compressor plugin minification for JS and CSS (Release builds). Could you clarify if you have Release option enabled in App Settings? If so, disable it, save changes and try exporting app again. Please let us know result.

It's not Appery.io restriction, there is no standard way to do that. You would need to google any plugin which provides this functionality and implement it in your app.
