What exactly have you changed there?

You can make all these changes on the App Settings page.

Please delete the edited (blue colored) files on the Source tab and click Undo all source changes on the folder with the edited files.

Please note that functionality added via the Source tab will be lost and you would need to edit source files again in order to add it back, thus we would recommend that you save the project backup before this operation.

I see on the AppBuilder there is a new plugin called "PWA Check and Update". Is there any documentation or example or video on how to use it??

Excellent news. Looking forward to seeing this. Our iOS and Android PWA have been asking for this. Currently we have a very convoluted way to upgrade
