How can I add 3rd party javascript embed?

Hi,
I need to add the following code into my app to launch a chat client. I am trying to add this to an ionic app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
What project type do you use here, JQM, Ionic 1, or Ionic 4? You can add the 3rd party library as a JS file (Create new->JavaScript) or define in in App settings->Resources

how can add party system?
when you right-click one a player can add it to the party

Sorry, what player do you mean? What functionality exactly are you going to add there?

Hi
How can I add new roms? I tried drag and drop, but nothing happened.
And how I delete games? If I press delete and nothing I really wanna get rid of unknown roms.
