Trying to open/edit a panel just makes the entire screen white and have to reload the entire page. Cleared cache, cookies and everything. Tried multiple browsers and getting same thing.

As a workaround try the following steps:
Logout from Appery.io
Clear cache and cookies for Appery.io
Close browser without saving session
Open Appery.io editor and try again

Have already done all that as detailed in my original post. As well as doing the same in other browsers.

I've checked your app.
And problem in your custom CSS asset that affects to the panel.
Please remove or comment CSS asset "bootstrapmin" to get it work as expected.
