change plan

Hi,

If I change my plan from pay annually to monthly, can i get refund for the rest of the fund. I've been charge annually 4 days ago, but I need 1 month only to finish my apps and quit from the service.
What should I do, cause if change the plan monthly, i still have to pay monthly and I loose my money that been charged directly to credit card.

We don't offer refunds (per our pricing FAQ: http://appery.io/pricing) but please send an email to a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a so we can see what we can do. It's best to handle billing questions via email.
