Database/Server Code Call Stats Reset

Post by Andy Parker »

Can you confirm when the monthly API/Database calls allowance is reset please?

Is it 1st of the month, or is it on the day of the month the contract with Appery was started?

many thanks.

Dear Andy,

The platform calls are reset on your billing date.

Database/Server Code Call Stats Reset

thanks, the reason I ask is that my billing date is 12th month.

But my calls seem extremely high, I thought the reset would take place on 12th April, but it doesn't appear so.

I have seen that server code calls are around 23400, but with 250,000 API calls each month, I can't see how I have use 90% so far?

Can you produce some stats for me that have more detail than what I can see in the Database and Server code stat screens? I need to understand what is causing the high level of calls (that is if the reset did take place...)

Any chance you can check on these stats please?

Something is definitely not right, and the call totals do not add up when using my billing date of 24th of the month.
