hey can i create a messaging app for both ios and android users... this will be temporary ... i am 17 n from jamaica is summer here and boring so i was wondering if you could help me create a messaging app

Please clarify, what do you mean with "messaging app"?

You can create such an app, perhaps by using push notifications (http://devcenter.appery.io/documentat...). But it's not very easy. Maybe you should start with tutorials to assess Appery.io capabilities
