Auto Update Not working

Hi
Sometimes when I do an Auto Update, a very old version of the App is Published. It appears that the build could be as old as 4 or 5 updates ago.
Why is this happening?

We passed your issue to our development team, they are investigating it at the moment. We'll get back to you with the update.
I am pretty sure I have experienced this as well. Also, I think I have associated this after restoring a version.
Could you please share your app with support and tell us its name?
