how can I show stored items from a database into a page

I am looking to add some info in a database and want to show it on a page

for examp

1 pair shoes nike
2 pair alpinestar boots

Is there a way to put this into a db and only showing the "open postion" is there anybody who can help me with this?

Hi,

Thx for the reply but this is my verry first app that I am building. And the link is not clear to me . For the login and register I followed the login/register tutorial this was verry easy.

Now in my 2nd phase I want to read out of data that is inside de DB. So i made the page with are's that I want to show but I have no idea how I can get in connection with the db waar I am storing the information,

My login/ register is working
rss is working
trade page ( need to be fixed)

I am have a merchandandise db so do I need to create the colums there? and link them to the fields?

Hi thx for the tutorial,

My app is now showing the data that i want from the app but there are 2 items in my db and it's only showing 1 item I followed this

But when i added a 2nd item it's not showing

Ok I found my problem I needed to to connect the $ to the "list item"

So the next thing when I am pusing on that list a new page will be showing but how can I show the picture that is listed to that "db" "id"

How can I make this work that only the items with that page ID will be showing on that page?
