Launch images could be a problem

I am confused about launch image dimension here. I don't know which one is width and which on is height?

It looks to me all he images are portrait format. So why 426x320?

Is 426 is width? is 320 is height?

Width is (usually) the first number.

So this is a landscape picture not a portrait picture.

Launch images could be a problem

So we should design our artwork for these images to be landscape-oriented, is that correct?

Or just rotate a portrait-oriented image 90 degrees?

Hi Mike,

If you just rotate an image 90 degrees it may be stretched and look bad.

Launch images could be a problem

For any one that might have this problem, what they are trying to say is the following:

The images should be:

320x426 320x470 480x640 720x960

Don ́t ask me why they have not made the change so far.....

I tried and all my Android splash screens now are all right, iOS no problem

Hello!

That's really confusing. Added a task to change labels or rotate images in App Settings.
