IMEI Plugin

hi,

I need to get the IMEI of an Android Device. I can see that there are others too who have requested for this. There is a Plugin that is capable of doing this

Is it possible that you can give the steps how to use the above plugin? I am sure it will benefit others too as gettting the IMEI may be required in quite a few apps

I had tried all those steps before I asked for help

Somehow it doesn't work. I think being able to retrieve IMEI will be a useful thing- even if it works only on Android. I found this IMEI plugin but dunno what I am missing but it just doesn't work. Seems simple to implement though

Sorry but we don't familiar with this 3rd party plugin.

There could be problem with this plugin with current cordova version.

Could you please try to pass our tutorial to be sure that you do all thing correctly?

hi,

I tried all the steps based on exactly the same steps as on this page: http://devcenter.appery.io/documentat...

Then I found another Cordova plugin to get unique identifiers: UUID, IMEI, IMSI, ICCID and MAC here

This also does not work in spite of following the steps as described in the above page. I keep getting class not defined error.

Please use weinre debugger to see what exactly error do you have.

I created a new app, and imported the project from the zip file. When I click the 1st button on the top, nothing really happens on my Android Phone - running Android 4.2

I've tried this backup and it works.

Also please use "EMEI_plugin" app name (default).
