Over 80% of my users have updated to the new version.

Total alone in 8 hours and 29 min 45 USERS have opened the app. (I can see this because in the appery database device it says "_updated At" with today's date.

And only 9 users have received push notifications. 

I believe that the corodova plugins or Library is not updated in the app through APK.

This is killing my my rating has west down and my uninstall rate has tripled

As I was mentioning in the support ticket #32218 -- you using channels for subscribing users to particular push thread in your app and generating device id for each user. We can suggest you to sent push message to all devices and notify your users to resubscribe to particular channels in the app to be able to receive the further push notifications.

Channels are not the problem.

If i send a push from appery directly it says 1486 devices.

But only 731 are sent which means 823 are not.

Could you send the same request and wait for a while? Appery.io sends Push notifications by batches, so it might take a little more time.

I don’t understand what you mean. Wait for what?

Push messages do not go immediately to all devices, they are sent in batches and some time is needed for devices to receive the notifications.

To update: please send a request to your customers to re-subscribe to the channels.

Are you tell me that that error message is caused because of channels?

Yes, the problem might be related to channels and moving from one libraries version to another.
