IOS Binary build issue

Hi Jasper -

I can tell you, that we are going to fix this issue with icons files in the nearest Appery.io release.

About your question, the way you are describing it, it looks like a code-generation issue, but let me clarify this with our development team.

Also could you please clarify your steps here, where do you see that it's replaced with appery default icon?

That would be very nice.
Of course I can clarify - although I think the replacement is actually ok.
First step: remove the 60-pix icon from the app-settings, just to see what's happening, code and image-wise.

The 60pix image in resources get's replaced by the appery default image.

I think that is supposed to happen and not part of the problem.
For the moment I'll remove the 60-pix line from the plist file for every build and restore afterwards. But a more permanent fix would be really nice! If I can do anything else to test please let me know.

Thank you both for taking time to look into this issue.

Hello!

This icon is removed in the new Appery.io version which is coming in the end of February.

I have the same issues. When I remove the line from the plist file, I get the following error when building:

Building the app source files has failed.

I have the same error when submitting the app as the original poster.

Sorry, just to ensure you deleted this line only?
