Hi - this is definitely a Safari browser issue, we have tested this in several cases and all video playback works correctly with Chrome and FireFox but not with Safari browser.

As a solution here is to use different video codec format that is more consistent for playback in Safari browser. And another way is to store the video file locally for playback - and run the app as installed app on the device.
