We've made a backup of your project, updated it to the new Builder and it seems to work correctly. Could you please detail, what plugin do you talk about? Could you please provide you with steps to test it and find the issue?

I am not able to import neither plugin. Click the new button - click from plugin - neither plugin show in the plugin list

After login , click chat button from the navbar, when the chats load, the html I code to the response are seen instead of the html code actually applying to the label.

Not all set of plugins is available now.

Please try these steps:

1. Logout.

2. Clear browser cache and Appery.io cookies.

3. Close browser without saving session.

4. Try again

   Let us know if this helps.

I just tried upgrading the builder, but my app still does not work with the upgrade. Can someone please help?
