Cannot Export or Web Preview a project

Project #11734 will not allow me to either export as HTML or perform a Web Preview. Both actions result in a generic error message.

This is fixed in a minor update we are doing this week. So, should be fixed by Thursday (maybe even tomorrow). I'll update here.
