Undefined When trying to connect to Service

Hi Team,
Im encountering a weird problem.

- as you can see here there's no problem and working without a UNDEFINED in a label and there's an image.

i never experience this problem. the number 2 is working last week. and now its not working. what do you think is the problem of this? is this a bug?
