Platform Unavailability

Hi

The appery platform is continuously unavailable for short periods of time.

Internet connectivity is available and other websites are accessible, however trying to browse the appery platform is not possible.

During development I continiously get "Cannot Save - Please try in a few seconds"

When duplicating pages or services, appery just crashes and I have to reload.

Why is this happening?

Hello Deon,

This is to inform you that I have specifically played around duplicating pages and services in both: JQM and Ionic apps and can confirm everything is working as expected and no issues while saving have been detected so far.
Moreover, no other complaints of the kind have been received.
Could I ask you to try clearing your browser cache? You can learn how to do it here:
https://docs.appery.io/docs/using-bro...
Close your browser and try again. Please let us know if this helped.

Just FYI:

Below are the links where you can check the Appery.io platform performance:
http://status.appery.io/
https://www.host-tracker.com/Task/Get...
So, if you are still experiencing this issue, we will need to ask for more info about the app to be able to help.

Hi
Great, nice to have this, thank you.

I was having same issues this morning using Safari. It just popped up with the Error Could not save. I eventually bailed out and tried to access the platform but the browser just hung.

I then tried Chrome and I could connect fine. I waited a while and then could use safari again.

I will monitor it and see if I can pick up a pattern.

Thank you.

This is definitely only happening on my Safari Browser. It has become so bad, the platform and even http://appery.io landing page is not available. Although loading from Chrome works fine.

If I am patient enough, it eventually works again for a short while and then hangs again. Seems an issue with Safari not liking Appery (as other websites fire fine in Safari) for some or other reason.

Hello Deon,

It works fine in the Safari browser 5.7.1.

Please clarify the version of the browser and your OS which you use there?
