Unable to select the UI components

Hi,

I am trying to edit my page UI (image_details), but somehow I am unable to select the components, specifically for this one page. It hangs here, I can't do anything. I have tried logging in and out, clearing cache, but the issue remains.

(noticed it was intermittent, had the same issue earlier today)

In addition, this is the only page that contains a pop up component. Not sure if this affects anything?

For my other pages, I am able to select the components without any problem.

• More background
  I am using the example from http://devcenter.appery.io/building-a..., where I want to display photo and photo details that was uploaded by app user.

  The details are saved to localStorage, and retrieved to be displayed in this page (image_details). When user clicks on the image, a popup will be displayed containing the full picture resolution.

Did another round of login/logout, I can select the components again in image_details, so it is not an issue now.

May I know what may cause this? Please advise what I can check for if this occurs again and pass you any logs/information.

Hello!

To be honest that happened once with my app... Looks like a bug, but we need steps to reproduce in order report it. Please let us know it it happens again, perhaps you can notice any specific steps and share with us.

Hi Evgene,

To re-clarify, the components inside the "phone" could not be selected for editing. e.g. I can't change the button name or other component properties. The properties side panel also won't respond, so I couldn't hide the pop up even if I wanted to.

However, I can still drag new components from palette into the "phone". BTW, new components put inside the "phone" cannot be selected for editing as well.

Hope that my explanation is clearer.

The last time this happened, I did leave the app on until the session expired, and when i logged in again the issue occurred. I am not sure if this is related, will keep this link updated if it occurs again.

This error happened again for me, and this time an error message was shown. Seems like this particular script is not responding?

To add on, it happened for both Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Further observations to replicate issue:

1. Page has a popup component.
2. Before I close the app, I didn't close the page in 1. (It is the active screen before I closed the app).
3. When i re-open the app, the said script becomes unresponsive, therefore I am unable to select the components.
4. To clear this, all pages have to be closed, and close app. When you re-open the app and impacted page, components can be selected again.
