I received an error message saying "Rest Service not found." However, after waiting for some time, then the rest service is working again. I am not sure if this is a server down issue

However, I suspect the problem is with the server side, because as mentioned before, the problem will go away if I left it overnight (without changing any settings of the rest service)

I have managed to reproduce this problem.

This problem only happens when
(i) I deleted a service
(ii) I created a new service with exactly the same name

I have managed to reproduce this twice by deleting my current services, and creating a new one with the same name.
