I've logged in for the first time in a couple of months or so, and am being asked to upgrade my app. However, when I try to upgrade, I get the "Project cannot be upgraded right now" message.

This may happen if project has been recently opened.
Please try these steps:
Logout.
Clear browser cache and Appery.io cookies.
Close browser without saving session.
Try again

Sorry for the late reply. I've cleared the browser cache etc, tried a different browser on a different machine, all with no difference.
Payment method is credit card, last payment made on 28th November.
