I managed to reproduce the issue on Gigabyte Roma with Android 4.4.2. But it seems that you have implemented a lot of custom logic in your app and it works really slow. Could you please try to debug your app, this may help you to find the reason of the issue http://devcenter.appery.io/documentat...

I am having problem with barcode Scanner. When I click scan button it give me error "Sorry the Android camera encountered a problem. You may need to restart device" in Error Window and at the botttom of screen it says "Place a barcode inside the view finder rectangle to scan it". Can you help me resolve this problem. I want to scan barcode with my App. Please it is urgent. I will be very thankful to you.

My problem seems to have gone away with an upgrade to Android 5.1.1
What about if the device is not upgradable to 5.1.1? Using a LG with 4.4.2 it's reproducible
Hello - possibly you should look for the older version of Barcode Scanner plugin which will be compatible with Kit Kat.
