Dear Andy,
Yes, this may fix your issue, please try this approach.
I have backed up, deleted and reloaded the app.
Still does not save the API key.
On my other app, if I edit the API key entry, the SAVE button becomes available.
On this app, it never becomes available when entering the key information.
very odd.
Hello again,
This looks strange since our test app created from your backup didn't reproduce this behavior.
Could you please specify what browser you are using? Have you tried different ones?
Hi, it is odd, as I have restored from backup as well.
My primary browser is Chrome, I've also tried Edge.
When I get home, I'll try it on a completely different laptop using IE.
Ok, so I loaded the app on a different machine (only chrome available) and exactly the same problem; save does not become available.
Since getting home, I loaded the app on a completely new machine using IE, exactly the same issue.
Entered the API key, and no save option.
This must be an issue with my account?
I'm happy to share my Appery.io login details and Google API key with support so they can log in as me and check this out.
I'm getting desperate for a work around.
hi
Hi, I need to get some resolution on this issue please.
The client is awaiting rollout and I'm now putting them off.
If I email support my API key, would it be possible for you to:
make a backup of my app
restore in your environment
add my API key
save
export backup and send to me
this would at least allow me to continue.
many thanks
Andy
