I've started to recieve the error too.

It's made my list act funny as well.

'Monday @ Baa Bar Deansgate' is how the list items should appear.
but most of the list items text have shifted to the left.

not sure what is causing this, or how to isolate this problem.

Don't worry, it just warning from jQuery library http://stackoverflow.com/a/28322752 which still works well

Joe, it can be related with align property, please check it for all items

The list has only just started acting like this since seeing this error.

the list is a dynamic list with only one list item:

Also it is not just the list that is acting irregularly.

Your problem is not linked to the jQuery warning.

Please give us your app public link and describe steps to reproduce this issue in your app.

It seems like it's fixed itself.
I havent actively changed anything but it's working correctly now. no idea what was causing it to act like that
