One of your image has incorrect size, perhaps that's the root of problem

hdpi: 322×322 (your image is 362×362)

any way i fixed that size , but problem not solved yet . :/

What device you use for testing? What is screen dimension?

it is galaxy note 1.
i think it is 400*640

Chrome Debugger consider it as 400*640 with "Device Pixel Ratio" = 2

You have incorrect 9.png file. This is an area set on your image

but you need to specify another area to be stretched (on the top and on the left)

actually the problem is in the tool which is listed in your documentation
http://romannurik.github.io/AndroidAs... , it is not supporting multi stretch region,
and the other tool http://draw9patch.com is not working.

i created the new launch screens using photoshop but now i am receiving a Build Error!

Could you please show us a screenshot of this error?

Perhaps you added something in a wrong way. Please delete edited (blue colored) files, Undo all source changes on Android folder and add 4 images again. Try not to edit anything else.

Please let us know result.
