We're still investigating what is causing this issue, but we're planning to roll out the hotfix tomorrow, that can indirectly affect this issue. Could you please test your apps tomorrow and tell us if the white screen still appears to you?

I get the white screen too.

I just created an APK 1/31/2018 10:26pm EST

1) Library version 5.0
2) Core Plugins: DEVICE, GEOLOCATION, INAPPBROWSER, NOTFICATION,
PUSHPLUGIN and SPLASHSCREEN
3) Release Checked
4) AutoUpdate Checked
5) I have NOT MODIFIED any source code
6) I have NO other plugins enabled.

If I do not use the SplashScreen plugin I still get the white screen.

still getting white screen is this a known problem?

We have rolled out the new version of the splash screen plugin on production. Could you please update the splash plugin to 5.0.2 and test your apps?

The only version available to me is 4.0.0...
I'm using libraries version 4.1

I cant use libraries ver.5 because Appery's export to Android Studio does not work properly. (Imports with many errors)

So I cant update test Splashscreen...

This white screen is still appearing. It makes for a poor experience especially on older devices.

I shut off:

Splash screen plugin
auto update
ALL CORE PLUGINS
ALL IMPORTED plugins

and the white screen still appears.

I try splashscreen 5.0.2 with NO IMPORTED plugins and the white screen still appears.

I DO NOT think is a splash screen issue

Library Version 5.0
Splashscreen version 5.0.2

I have NO modified source code.

Could you please specify what device(s) you have used for testing?
