Please follow these steps:
1 Open your service on settings tab.
2 Use as URL following string:
pre
{database_url}/files/{file_name}
/pre
http://prntscr.com/46456m/direct
3 Navigate to request tab.
4 Add new request parameter "file_name".

Now you have "request" parameter "file_name" which is you can modify as you need in mapping.

Done, now when I click "Upload" after selecting file - nothing happens. Previously file(s) were getting successfully uploaded.

Could you please look for the errors in the console? Please provide us with screenshots of service settings, request parameters of the service and mapping
There is no error in the console at all, I do capture and parse the error response and throw it out with an alert. But there is no error.
