Appery Cancelled Subscription. Can't access any apps even after re-subscribing.

HELP! Appery cancelled my subscription after just 3-days notice of an expired credit card (it was on a yearly subscription). We reactivated by purchasing a new plan. But now, we can't access any of our apps. We've sent an email to support but we need to get access to the apps now.

The apps are grayed out. When you try to access them, it says:
Editing this app is not permitted by your current plan, or the account owner hasn't given you permission to edit this app. If you still have questions, please send an email to a href="" rel="nofollow"

Account is now current. I've contacted support and still waiting desperately for a response. Any ideas???
