While working on my database I randomly get this error:

This is very concerning. How safe is my data? What is this unknown error where to wipe my data for some 'UNKNOWN' reason?
I can't backup either, apparently, some bug support is working on.

Could you please provide us with more details, screenshots or exact steps to reproduce this problem?
Unfortunately this is the bug with downloading database backups, we have reported it and our developers are working on it at the moment. Hope the fix will be soon, meanwhile please send export requests to support and we'll send them to you. (Please share the database with a href="mailto:support@appery.io" rel="nofollow"support@appery.io/a and provide us it's ID and data format, which you need to get (json or csv))
