File naming Conventions for Uploading Files

Hi

What are the file naming conventions that need to be conformed to when uploading files. I have noticed that certain files uploaded cannot be rendered.

Example: Many filenames contain a timestamped name. These are normally images taken with a camera. These timestamped naming conventions are NOT compatible with Appery IO storage. The file will be uploaded and indexed but cannot be rendered. This is a huge problem as we cannot expect users to go and change file names before uploading files.

Please explain how Appery will address and fix this issue as this is a serious shortcoming.

File naming Conventions for Uploading Files

Hello Deon,

Could you please provide us with screenshots or examples of these filenames? What do you mean with "cannot be rendered"?
The convention is typical: latin labels, numbers and underscore symbols are available
