I'm trying to export my project as a .ipa for iOS testing. I'm following the directions at the link below that tell me I have to upload my provisioning profile and apple certificate.

I uploaded my provisioning profile successfully, but I don't know how to upload my certificate. When I'm in Project App Settings iOS binary, the only way I see it choose your certificate file is to choose from a dropdown. But when I click the dropdown there's nothing there. How does it locate the certificate file?
