I am getting this error message when I try to submit my IPA file to itunes connect:

Missing Info.plist key - This app attempts to access privacy-sensitive data without a usage description. The app's Info.plist must contain an NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription key with a string value explaining to the user how the app uses this data.

I tried with your soluction also like below image but still issue exists.please help us

Could you please double check that the options are added for the all plugins that use camera? These are Camera plugin itself, Barcode scanner plugin and could be some custom plugins.
